1. Introduction
Welcome to MAIU. We specialize in sourcing high-quality Colombian personal articles and coffee a to customers across Europe. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services and products. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Products and Availability
All our products are subject to availability. We strive to ensure our listings are accurate, but we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are given to each customer separately in Euros, and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of ordering via accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer).

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time but will honor the price shown at the time of your order.

 

4. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.


5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within the European Union

  • Orders are dispatched within 5 working days from the order date.

  • Shipping times vary based on location and courier. Delays caused by customs or external carriers are beyond our control.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

 

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, Maloka does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing [maloka.coffee.info@gmail.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or error

If the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
 
We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.


7. Product Quality
We stand by the quality of our coffee. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photo evidence, and we will offer a replacement or refund.


8. Limitation of Liability
MAIU is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by third-party carriers or customs

  • Misuse or improper storage of coffee after delivery

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order.


9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including branding, product images, descriptions, and text—is the property of Maloka or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.


10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.


11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
